Blaqbonez reveals woman he had ‘Friends with benefits’ relationship with was dating Odumodublvck as he explains their feud

Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has revealed that his feud with fellow rapper Odumodublvck began after he discovered that a woman he had been in an intimate, non-exclusive relationship with was dating Odumodublvck at the time.

Speaking on the Nevon Podcast, Blaqbonez said he initially had no idea the woman was in a relationship with Odumodublvck because he never asked her who she was dating.

According to him, the woman later sent him a message saying she could no longer continue their friendship, but he felt the message was “performative” and suggested that she was trying to make it appear as though he was the one holding on to the relationship.

Blaqbonez said he eventually asked her directly, “Who are you dating?” and discovered that she was dating Odumodublvck.

He said he chose to respect their relationship and decided to withdraw from the situation.

“You guys won’t hear from me again. I will respect everything that you guys have. Peace,” he recalled telling her.

However, Blaqbonez said the situation escalated after Odumodublvck contacted him and asked whether he had been intimate with the woman.

The rapper said he refused to provide details because he did not know what the woman had told Odumodublvck and did not want his response to interfere with their relationship.

“I don’t know what she told you, so I can’t answer this question and affect anything that you guys have,” Blaqbonez said.

According to him, Odumodublvck then responded, “Then we are enemies since you are not telling me. Peace out, bro.”

Explaining his relationship with the woman, Blaqbonez said they were not officially dating but described it as a “friends with benefits” arrangement.

“I can’t say we were dating or anything. It wasn’t official, but like, the best term to describe it would be like friends with benefits, right? Because we kind of like, were friends and we were intimate,” he said.

Blaqbonez added that he later asked Odumodublvck when his relationship with the woman had started, believing that the issue could be resolved if she had ended things with him before beginning a relationship with Odumodublvck.

He claimed, however, that Odumodublvck declined to disclose when their relationship began, which further deepened the tension between the two rappers.

The revelation has offered fresh insight into the events surrounding the fallout between Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck, which has attracted attention among fans of the Nigerian rap scene.
